We are hiring for tenured superintendents only, as this is a job in the field, that will require independent performance, with minimal assistance or training.

Responsibilities :

• Work in the field to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, and stay within budget.
• Will be in charge of commercial construction work from the ground up.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensure compliance of safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Manage project budget and expenses.
• Manage the work to ensure it is installed in compliance with and confirms to the approved contract documents.
• Ensure permits and insurance are in place and kept current for the term of the project, partnering with inspection agencies.
• Oversee work of all employees on site, and ensuring job functions are properly being performed.
