We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our production team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and fixtures that enable the efficient fabrication of sheet metal components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, tool building and blueprint interpretation.

Job Responsibilities :

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair sheet metal dies and tools according to engineering specifications.
• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment to produce custom tooling parts.
• Conduct inspections, test dies and tools for functionality, and troubleshoot for necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize tool performance and manufacturability.
• Maintain tooling documentation, including schematics and revision logs.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on dies and tools to ensure longevity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures throughout all stages of production.

Compensation Package :

Wage : This role is based in the State of New York which requires the disclosure of salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00 per hour. We provide salary ranges as a good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Compensation offered to a selected candidate may vary based on factors such as (but not limited to) a candidate's job-related qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
