Job Summary :

We are looking for a Workforce Scheduling Administrator- Operations to play a key role in managing employee schedules and serving as a central point of contact for staff support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping people and solving problems in real time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scheduling : Create, update, and manage employee schedules across multiple teams, ensuring coverage and alignment with business needs.
- Customer Service : Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding scheduling questions, changes, and time-off requests—delivering clear, timely, and respectful communication.
- System Management : Enter and maintain accurate data in scheduling and workforce management systems such as Kronos, UKG, or similar platforms.
- Problem Solving : Handle real-time adjustments to schedules due to callouts, emergencies, or last-minute needs, while maintaining smooth operations.
- Coordination : Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and other team members to ensure workforce efficiency and compliance.
- Reporting : Generate and review scheduling and attendance reports to identify gaps, trends, or areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Must have high volume scheduling .Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume scheduling , operational support, or a customer service-related role.Experience with workforce or scheduling tools (Kronos, UKG, or similar) preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.Bachelor’s degreeMust be able to pass pre-employment screening and meet applicable requirements.Metro One is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to embrace diversity.
