At Burger Lounge , we don't just serve burgers—we create experiences. We're looking for Shift Leaders who bring energy, leadership, and fun to every shift. What You'll Do

Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High

• Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
• Train and support new team members—set them up for success
• Work the floor—jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service

What You Bring to the Table

1+ year restaurant experience (high-volume a plus!)

Leadership skills —you naturally take charge & inspire your team

Cool under pressure —fast-paced environments are your thing

Team player —you jump in where needed to help the crew

Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)

Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain)

All Shift Leaders are hired at a starting payrate with the opportunity for merit increases during the performance review process. Starting payrate for the San Diego area is $17.85 / hour (plus tips).
