Pride Motor Group is currently seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Service Advisor Team.
The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of our service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience.
Responsibilities :
- Scheduling appointments
- Generating estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Selling service work
Requirements :
Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work with little supervisionThe drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred but will train the right candidate.Benefits Include
