Pay : $20$25 / hour

1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

Join a precision-focused team assembling fiber optic components used in cutting-edge technology. You'll :

Measure and cut fiber cables with accuracy

Follow blueprints and work instructions

Feed colored wires through connectors with precision

Apply epoxy and cure assemblies

Polish and test final products for quality

What You Bring

01+ years of experience in small parts or medical device assembly

Ability to see and differentiate colors accurately

Strong communication skills

Bonus : Experience with guidewires, microscopes, clean rooms, or blueprint reading

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
