3-5 year Associate Attorney with litigation experience needed urgently for a Plaintiffs Employment law firm with a growing caseload and expanding into new offices. We are actively interviewing for the ideal candidate with a minimum of 3 years' litigation experience in Labor & Employment matters. Defense experience will also be considered and mentorship is provided from the top partners with the most experience to learn from. Seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals, independent thinkers who want to go to trial, looking for long term growth and passionate about working in a firm culture that promotes team work and a super collegial office atmosphere. Job Description and Duties
Base compensation range DOE from $150K-$180K. Bonuses on contingency fees, origination split fees. Advancement opportunities in an Employment practice area with a good foundation that has room to grow exponentially.
