ABOUT THE POSITION
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries. The HR Assistant helps foster a positive workplace culture and ensures compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
