Project Manager - Marina Construction

A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in marina construction and IT implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for marina construction and IT system integration

Lead the implementation of marina management systems and oversee IT systems integration

Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Engineering, or Information Technology; Master's preferred

7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in marina or waterfront construction

Proven experience in IT system implementation related to infrastructure or facility management

Strong understanding of marine infrastructure and coastal permitting processes

Knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency with project management tools
