Job description

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day activities across scheduling, communication, and logistics.

The ideal candidate is-

  • Organized
  • Professional

and Capable of multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Excel Work
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and trackers
  • Analyze and present data using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Communication :
  • Make professional phone calls for follow-ups, coordination, and inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Logistics Coordination :
  • Arrange meetings, travel, deliveries, or shipments as needed
  • Ensure smooth execution of logistics-related activities
  • Calendar Management :
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders
  • Manage and organize calendars for team members or executives
  • Follow-up & Task Management :
  • Track pending tasks or deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain clear records of communications and task status
  • ?? Requirements :
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to make and handle business calls professionally
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and able to follow through without constant supervision
  • ? Preferred Qualifications :
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or task management.
  • Location- Maitland / Orlando
