We are seeking a proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day activities across scheduling, communication, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities :
Excel WorkMaintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and trackersAnalyze and present data using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Communication :Make professional phone calls for follow-ups, coordination, and inquiriesCommunicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teamsLogistics Coordination :Arrange meetings, travel, deliveries, or shipments as neededEnsure smooth execution of logistics-related activitiesCalendar Management :Schedule appointments, meetings, and remindersManage and organize calendars for team members or executivesFollow-up & Task Management :Track pending tasks or deliverables and ensure timely follow-upsMaintain clear records of communications and task status?? Requirements :Proficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to make and handle business calls professionallyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsComfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholdersSelf-motivated and able to follow through without constant supervision? Preferred Qualifications :Prior experience in an administrative or coordination roleFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or task management.Location- Maitland / Orlando
