Job description

A company is looking for a RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect.

Key Responsibilities

Participates in patient education and assesses readiness to learn

Evaluates patient care outcomes and communicates with the interdisciplinary team

Implements care for patients with complex needs and collaborates on care planning

Required Qualifications

Graduation from a school of professional nursing

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

One year of nursing experience

Must enroll in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Nursing within specified time frame if hired after January 6, 2014
