Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate day-to-day operations
• Ensure all employees are following policies and procedures correctly
• Coordinate and facilitate transactions of the store
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Coordinate with Team Members and other members of management to ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Provide quality customer service
• Educate new Team Members on policies and procedures
• Complete special projects as assigned by General Manager / Operations Manager
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
