Job Title : IT Support Specialist (Child Welfare Systems Implementation & Training)

Location : New York, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience providing IT support and technical assistance to end users.
• Proven experience delivering implementation support services, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new systems.
• Hands-on experience providing on-site system support within a child welfare environment, including child protective services, foster care / permanency, and preventive services.
• Demonstrated experience training staff and end users on child welfare applications, supporting effective system utilization and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
