Job Summary : The Manager, Strategic Sourcing plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise value and fostering innovation across multiple categories, including Infrastructure, Equipment & Supplies, within Mountain & Hospitality Operations. Based at our Broomfield, Colorado headquarters, this role reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful sourcing solutions. The Manager, Strategic Sourcing will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to understand their needs, and will indirectly lead a small group of operational and strategic team members through a broad set of sourcing and procurement activities to achieve results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
