Title : Social Media, Creative Operations Manager

Estimated Duration : Contract to hire

Hybrid Work Model : Onsite 4 days per week

Location : Santa Montica, CA 90401

Estimated Pay Rate : 65-80 / hour (Level I and Level II Manager openings)

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or creative agency / production experience specific to the apparel / footwear industry
• Social Media background
• Experience working with external creative and production partners
• Experience supporting end-to-end creative and production management
• Experience working with cross-functional channel partners or in a global / regional structure is a plus
• Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlines
