A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
History of exceeding sales targets
Ability to multitask while communicating on the phone and taking notes
Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
Successful completion of the new hire training program
