Position Summary :

The Painting Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of paitning and plastering technology. Requires proficient written and verbal English communication skills, at least on a high school graduate level, to interact with departmental / JHM staff.

Shift : Full Time (40 hours)

Night Shift

Weekend work required

Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent.

5 years related work experience.

Salary Range : Minimum $23.95 / visit - Maximum $27.78 / visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
