Pediatric or General Dentist with Pediatric Experience Baton Rouge, LA

A thriving dental group in Baton Rouge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with 100% Pediatric Experience to join their team. This is a volume-driven practice that serves a predominantly Medicaid patient base (90%) , focusing on providing high-quality care for children up to age 21.

Position Highlights :

  • Full-time (5 days / week, 8 AM 5 PM) or Part-time (3 4 days / week) options available.
  • Work within a small group of experienced dentists in a collaborative setting.
  • Two employment models :

Employed : Percentage of production with full malpractice coverage & benefits (negotiable based on experience).

  • Contracted : Higher percentage of production but responsible for own expenses.
  • Patient-Centered Approach : The group prioritizes patient care and is looking for providers who genuinely care about treating children, rather than being solely production-driven.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Pediatric Dentist preferred, but General Dentists with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about working with children and providing high-quality, ethical care.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment.
  • A team player who values collaboration and putting kids first.
