Manager of MAC Development

A company is looking for a Manager of Mac and Process Development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies and financial modeling to enhance network performance

Collaborate with internal teams to implement dynamic pricing strategies and support consulting opportunities

Oversee MAC Appeals process and maintain MAC reference files while ensuring compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, Computer Science, or related field

Experience in analytics, MAC modeling, and process automation, preferably in a PBM setting

Proven project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams

Experience with SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python technologies

Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members
