The Client Environments team is the bridge between SpotOns cloud and the physical restaurant network managing the routers access points POS Android devices and monitoring systems that keep restaurants online. We treat merchant sites as first-class infrastructure applying platform engineering discipline to field networks.

Were seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead this evolution combining technical leadership operational rigor and systems thinking to turn reactive support into reliable observable and self-healing environments.
