Job descriptionAll shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd) Full?time, Part?time, Per diem Were seeking compassionate nursesboth seasoned RN / LPN and new graduatesto join our team. Our diverse cases provide valuable experience across a wide range of medical conditions. We specialize in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Nurses work 1?on?1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings, helping families maintain at?home care and avoid hospitalization. Diverse cases range from general nursing care to ICU?level home care. Patients often require tube feeding (G or J), tracheostomies with ventilator support, seizure management, ostomy care, wound care, or diabetic maintenance. RN : $57.68 / $59.68 / $61.68 per hour LPN : $41.50 / $43.50 / $45.50 per hour Paid Sick / Earned Time Medical, Dental, Vision 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan Life Insurance Short?Term Disability Flexible Spending Account Pet Insurance Legal & Identity Theft Protection Tuition Reimbursement Valid RN or LPN license in Massachusetts. Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking and problem solving. Experience with diverse medical conditions is beneficial but not required. Compassion, empathy and dedication to high?quality care. Ability to adapt to varying patient needs, environments and challenges. Team player who collaborates with healthcare professionals, families and interdisciplinary teams. Effective communication with patients, families and team members. Professionalism, punctuality, reliability and ethical standards. Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds. Able to recognize and support patients social?emotional well?being.
