Shift : Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 : 30 PM

A customer of Insight Global is looking for an Operations Technician to support their Large Enterprise Data Center. The ideal person will be self-driven and highly motivated to provide excellent support with little to no supervision. This position is dynamic and will require a wide range of tasks such as conducting audits, supporting change control, troubleshooting, etc.

Operational Duties :

Effectively multitask, communicate proactively, and have excellent time management skills.
Build, maintain, and revise processes to ensure efficient break / fix and communication activities.
Ensure customer experience with products is second to none.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for escorting unbadged people when appropriate.

Updating, adding, and closing incident activity

Concise, proactive communication with geographically dispersed team members.

Train new team members on products, operational support, and best practices.

Responsible for monitoring tickets and managing appropriately.

Serve as On-site Point-of-Contact.
