Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Facility Maintenance Director the Café Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Signature Café. Working in this fast paced food and snack bar establishment will include completing customer transactions, cleaning and organizing all food and stocking areas, assisting with cleanliness of lobby area, and maintaining inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and staff, with a high emphasis on guest satisfaction and quality control.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including early morning, late evening, as well as weekends and holidays
• Must possess excellent customer service skills; for example : friendly, personable, helpful, patient, and professional
• Maintain cleanliness in café and lobby areas, as per food handling and department of health standards.
• Must pay high attention to detail, presentation, and appearance of café items served.
• Must follow all standard operating procedures in regards to opening and closing.
