This position can be an Employee or Independent Contractor. Competitive Compensation with an estimated pay rate minimum of $215 / hour to maximum of $235 / hour. Full time employee clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include : 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
