A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to optimize its revenue engine across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall Rev Ops strategy in alignment with company revenue goals
Design and manage end-to-end operational processes to ensure consistency and scalability
Own and optimize the RevOps technology stack and lead business intelligence efforts for Sales & Marketing
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and reporting
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle
Strong understanding of key RevOps concepts such as lead scoring and sales compensation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
