Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Facilitate retail sales, including customer assistance and follow-up.
• Encourage and reinforce customer decisions to increase average dollar sale and units sold per transaction.
• Stock and maintain the appearance of sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions.
• Follow established regulations, guidelines and procedures related to the sale of alcohol and or tobacco.
