Job Summary :

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI & ML Lead Developer to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading a team of engineers, designing and deploying scalable AI / ML solutions, and aligning technical strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Strategy :
• Lead and mentor a team of AI / ML engineers and developers.
• Define the technical roadmap and set goals for AI / ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• AI / ML Development :
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems.
• Oversee the full AI project lifecycle : data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Present project progress and results to senior leadership.
• Innovation & Best Practices :
• Stay updated with the latest AI / ML trends and technologies.
• Implement best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.
