Senior Program Manager - Network Integration & Mission Operations

Location : Sterling, VA

Clearance : TS / SCI Poly

This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award

Overview : We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience leading complex network and mission operations programs. This role requires expertise in developing and executing innovative strategies to merge disparate networks into a unified Network Operations Center (NOC) to enhance operational efficiency, security, and mission continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end program management for network integration initiatives.
  • Design and implement synergy strategies to consolidate multiple mission-focused networks.
  • Lead a team responsible for 24x7 network mission support operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cyber, and operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Serve as primary interface with senior stakeholders, delivering updates on progress, risk, and value realization.
  • Ensure compliance with programmatic, technical, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of program / project management in network and mission operations.
  • 5 years of experience as a program manager in IT disciplines.
  • Proven experience in NOC development and multi-network integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, network architecture, and operational continuity.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and streamline mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience leading contractor teams in support of Dod or IC

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience supporting government
  • Master's degree
  • Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with DOD or IC IT accreditation process
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree. May substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are in addition to other years of experience requirements.
