Senior Product Manager, Billing

Responsibilities
Senior Product Manager will work cross-functionally to help define and deliver the billing roadmap from conception to launch.
Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and support teams focused on improving the customer experience, modernizing experience and platforms, and leapfrogging the competition to grow and maintain market share.
- Leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery.
- Leading product requirement discovery, definition and through launch partnering closely with user research, design and engineering partners.
- Owning and prioritizing the long‑term (6+ months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, working closely with a cross‑functional team to ensure all right resources are aligned.
- Leveraging modern architecture and great design to identify problem‑solution fit.
- Evaluating trade‑offs and negotiating requirements.
- Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (e.g., Vision, Roadmaps, Features / Epics, Progress Updates, etc.).
- Understanding current and future state architecture.
- Identifying and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and adjusting roadmap accordingly.
- Having an end‑to‑end understanding of features and their place in the larger ecosystem to anticipate impacts from other parts of the business.
- Running experiments in an enterprise A / B testing & experimentation framework on complex web & mobile applications.
Basic Qualifications
Master's DegreeAt least 10 years of experience in Product ManagementAt least 5 years of experience translating epics into consumer or associate facing productsAt least 5 years billing or payments industry experienceAt least 5 years experience managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to deliveryAt least 3 years of A / B testing consumer facing experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience driving product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussionsExperience managing day‑to‑day technical and design directionKnowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX / UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or MarketingAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInsurance or fintech industry experience preferredHigh sense of accountability and strong problem‑solving skillsMaster's degree in a technical field such as software engineering, computer science or engineering managementEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
