Homewatch CareGivers of Cape May is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being. This position requries a strong commitment to patient care.

Duties Include

• Assist patients with daily living acitivites such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive enviroment.
• Monitor and doucment patient health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required by healthcare protocols.
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Assist with memory care activities for patients experiencing cognitive challenges.
• Launder patient clothing and bedding as needed to maintain hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
