Position Purpose

The VP, Global Scheduling role exists to develop and maintain a master schedule that encompasses project work in all phases across capabilities and geographies.  The role will put the systems in place to schedule from the employee level to the macro level to provide business leaders with the correct information to manage capacity and employee assignments. The schedule will connect market needs, operational needs (procurement, rental assets, engineering assignments etc) and financial needs. The VP, Global Scheduling works across the Operational Leadership team to ensure scheduling best practices are met and maintained to create an accurate global schedule.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Deliver schedule updates on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Make recommendations based on schedule to achieve the company’s financial goals
• Work directly with capability leaders to develop and deliver crucial capacity information
• Continue to evaluate and develop tools to improve the scheduling process
• Develops and maintains metrics to understand how the company is achieving its schedule related goals
