Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a dynamic team driving enterprise-level digital transformation. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications.

As a key contributor, you’ll design and develop microservices and front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that directly impacts customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.

Build and maintain microservices and serverless functions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Automate manual processes and CI / CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and reduce operational overhead.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to clarify requirements and deliver high-value features.

Contribute to agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Continuously improve code quality, test coverage, and system observability.

Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices across the team.

Key Requirements

8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).

2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, S3, ECS, etc.).

Solid understanding of object-oriented design , design patterns , and test-driven development .

Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

Familiarity with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Git.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative, agile environment.

AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.

Experience with Kafka, ELK stack, and serverless architecture is highly desirable.
