Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Centralized Scheduler will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Meadows CCBHC Program.

Open Shifts :

Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00 !

Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

The Centralized Scheduler position will greet each patient cordially and professionally in person and on phone.

• Responsible for scheduling patient individual and medical sessions.
• Maintain clinical and medical staff "will call" and "back-fill" lists and schedules accordingly.
• Confirm status updates of patient appointments.
• Performs Quality Assurance activities.
• Participates in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
