This role will be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing commission payout processes, supporting strategic planning related to incentive programs, and providing actionable insights to drive performance and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end commission payout process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Payroll teams to validate commission data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and enhance commission models and tools to support scalability and transparency.
- Analyze commission structures and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles related to commissions and incentive programs.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and variances.
- Partner with business units to align commission planning with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Primary Location Pay Range : $65,765.04 - $98,647.56
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.
Education : Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
