You start your day fully energized to get things done as a member of an international team. As the Head Of Digital Finance Transformation at the Transformation Of Industry Business Area, you will lead the strategic modernization of our finance organization and drive its end-to-end digital transformation. You will define and execute a future-focused vision, driving digital innovation, process optimization, and technology enablement across all finance teams and business units while orchestrating cross-functional collaboration. This role is at the forefront of shaping a future-ready finance organization that leverages digital capabilities to deliver insight, efficiency, and value at scale.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on finance transformation, digital finance, or process improvement in a multinational environment.

Strategic and analytical thinking with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects.

Deep knowledge of finance operations, systems, and digital technologies.

Expertise in project and portfolio management, lean management, and process optimization.

Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
