Our Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact for clients enrolled to join our team. Throughout the process our clients have questions or problems that need quick, confident answers and solutions from an expert in the business. Every aspect of the position centers on providing a great customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities : Work as part of the Client Services Team providing the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals. Ensure all client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly. Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email. Use our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity. Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client’s success in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program. Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism. Work hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client’s success in the program. Qualifications : Highschool diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
