Role : Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ Years)
You will work across the full spectrum of commercial litigation, including :
Researching complex legal issues; drafting high-level memoranda and motionsArguing at hearings in court and arbitrationManaging written discovery and litigation strategyTaking and defending depositionsHandling complex matters such as class actions, business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets, and unfair competitionCompensation & Benefits :
