Procurement Analytics Coordinator

Join our team as a Procurement Analytics Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in advancing our REAL Foods mission by using data and analytics to drive smarter, more efficient, and cost-effective sourcing decisions.

What you will do :

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions for foodservice contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of food and supply purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations to ensure the best quality and pricing for food products and services.
• Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues with food orders.
• Monitor stock levels of food supplies and identify purchasing needs.
• Update and maintain procurement databases and vendor information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company in terms of food service requirements.
• Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and terms with foodservice suppliers.
• Assist with comparison cost analysis and complementary products.
• Leverage Excel, procurement software, and enterprise systems with ease to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) as a primary tool for managing and interpreting data, with opportunities to gain exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business objectives.

Work Environment :

The position is full-time and based in our office. Occasional travel to meet with foodservice suppliers may be required. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged.

Essential Physical Requirements :

Salary range : $60,000 - $75,000 annually, DOE
