Role Summary of a Field Recruiter :

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client or organizational staffing needs. This role plays a key part in the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting and candidate outreach to on-boarding and retention support while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

Your Opportunity :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other per-employment requirements.
• Extend offers and facilitate on-boarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the talent pipeline.
• Partner with management and HR to improve recruiting processes and enhance candidate engagement. Support retention initiatives and assist with employee relations as needed.
