Maintenance Technician

CEC, a subsidiary 501c3, is looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Team Lead. Under the direct supervision of the of the Director of Housing, the Team Lead works in partnership with Support Services to ensure the smooth operation of CEC managed properties. The Team Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Oversees the maintenance team and the repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
• Works with the Property Management team in the turnover of units. Prepares units for new residents after the previous residents have vacated, make ready and service request schedules and report ready to show apartments.
• Ensure buildings, structures, and their systems comply with state and local building codes, zoning ordinances, and safety regulations. Prepare properties and ensure a passing score for Federal, State and local agency inspections.
• Coordinate actions to improve work order processes, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
• Monitor and evaluate Teams work performance, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Full-time | Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays

Hourly Rate : $25.00
