The Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) works with end users to resolve support tickets; provides training to users, other system analysts, and / or programmers; develops and maintains programming and system documentation; writes user stories / requirements; and documents defects. The ITS I will interact with end users as well as internal and external stakeholders in the maintenance and operation of numerous applications. The ITS I serves as the SharePoint Administrator for the Department's SharePoint environment.

Working Conditions

This position reports in office, Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700 hours. Climate-controlled office setting on the second floor.
