Clinical Research Associate II - Oncology

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II - Oncology (Remote - Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and strengthening partnerships

Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations

Mentor and train less experienced CRAs while managing investigator payments and ensuring audit readiness

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring

Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches

Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred

Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area and clinical trial conduct

Experience as a study coordinator is preferred
