Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina.

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details :

  • Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM
  • No on-call requirements
  • Possible holiday coverage required
  • 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Must be able to circulate all services including CT, Vascular, Surgery Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, and Bariatric
  • Scrubbing Vascular / General cases highly preferred
  • Patient ratio of 1 : 1 for days, nights, and weekends
  • Adult patient population
  • 10 operating rooms with approximately 28 visits per day
  • Required certifications : BLS and ACLS (must be AHA certified)
  • South Carolina RN license or multi-state license required at contract start
  • Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
  • 36 hours of orientation required
  • EPIC charting system experience required
  • Must complete pre-start compliance modules (average 4 hours, non-billable)
  • Facility may call off traveler 1 shift per 2-week pay period
  • May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
  • Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions only)

The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular surgical services with advanced interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary support. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes EPIC charting systems throughout their operations.
