About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech

License : State licensed

Certifications : ARRT, BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

• ARRT, TMB, and BLS required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience in Interventional Radiology and Hybrid OR required
• Experience in Electrophysiology preferred

Description :

Cath Lab Tech position available.

Experience in interventional procedures is essential.

Call is required : 7 days per 3 weeks for Cath Lab and as needed for Hybrid OR.

Will cover call for Endovascular Aneurysm Repairs, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms, TransCarotid Artery Revascularization, and peripheral procedures.

Skills required include 3D imaging, accurate monitoring, and angiography of the genitourinary system.

Must be proficient in procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and catheter exchanges.

Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations is necessary.

Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring, fluoroscopy, and maintaining a sterile field is required.

Candidates should be able to perform EKG lead placements and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.

Potential involvement with equipment setup, inventory maintenance, and patient preparation.

Experience in specialized procedures such as Watchman, TAVR, and vascular embolization is preferred.

A collaborative approach to patient care with interdisciplinary support is essential.

Primary patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.

Patient conditions managed include positive stress tests, chest pain, and various cardiac issues.

Must adhere to strict infection control and isolation precautions.
