Entry Level Production Worker

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, saws, and tape measures with precision.

Safely lift, move, and position window components weighing between 35-55 lbs.

Achieve daily production targets by meeting established line standards.

Perform 100% self-inspection of all parts-both finished and unfinished-at your workstation.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Essential Skills

Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Frequent lifting and transferring of 35 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Capability to reach overhead and bend / pivot at the waist throughout the day.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine hand movements regularly.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Good attention to detail.

Comfortable with hand and power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
