Who We Are

Marshall Reddick is a fast-paced, rapidly growing, full-service residential real estate firm with three core divisions : real estate brokerage, property management, and private lending. Our Private Lending division—founded in 2010 and based in Newport Beach, CA—lends directly off our balance sheet, backed by our internally managed debt fund.

We specialize in 1st lien, non-owner-occupied, business-purpose loans for real estate investors, including fix & flip, bridge, and ground-up construction loans. With no red tape, collateral-based underwriting, and common-sense lending guidelines, we’re able to move fast and make decisions in-house—giving us a clear edge in the market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Underwriting Manager to lead our underwriting function and oversee a team of Investment Analysts. This role is central to maintaining loan quality, managing risk, and improving pipeline efficiency as we continue to grow rapidly.

Please note : This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to work out of our Newport Beach office.
