Job description

Senior Helpers of Dayton is seeking compassionate caregivers who can work weekends to provide quality care to our clients. What We Offer :

  • Weekend Shift Premium : Earn $1.50 more per hour for day shifts and $2.00 more per hour for night shifts!
  • Flexible Schedules : Work when it's convenient for you.
  • Competitive Pay : Up to $15 per hour, based on experience.

Job Requirements :

  • Driver's License and reliable vehicle (must have car insurance).
  • Ability to be reached by phone or messages to get shift details.
  • Experience is preferred, but not required - we provide training.
  • Compassion, dependability, and a caring nature are essential.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed
