Job descriptionEnsure compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs Load / unload freight or assist as required by customer Perform other duties as assigned Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position Class A verifiable experience in tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle : 9 months within past 3 years, OR 2 years within past 5 years, OR 5 years within past 10 years Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures Trucks are 36 months or newer; 24 / 7 roadside maintenance; company drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide Benefits include uniforms and boot allowance; paid time off starts day 1 (80 hours accrued in first year); paid maternity leave for qualifying employees; 401k with company match at one year Quality employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels worldwide, electronics / appliances, cell phones, travel and more Ryder drivers are empowered to make safety decisions and have job protection when acting responsibly

Position Description
We are seeking a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our Greenfield, IN operation. Tractors are Super Sleeper, with Dry Van 53' trailers. Equipment includes pallet jack and lift gate. Home weekly regional routes with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Pay and Benefits (highlights)
- Driver Positions Pay Weekly
- Solo Miles Pay : $0.65 per mile with 1500 – 1700 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay : $25.00 per stop with 8+ stops per week
- Per Diem Pay : $30.00 per night with 3–4 nights per week
- Paid Training
- Schedule : Mon – Fri, weekends during peak season
- Start Time : 5 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM
