A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes and support team members.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll transaction completion and assist team members with payroll processes
Serve as the first level contact for inquiries and resolve escalated field issues
Monitor team schedules and ensure deadlines are met while providing training and support
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or 2 years of Bachelor's program in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years payroll or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred
Basic analytic ability and understanding of payroll processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
