Continuous Improvement, Superior Quality, and Focus on What’s Important.Position Summary We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and delivering structural steel projects.This newly created role is designed to develop the next generation of project leaders through hands-on learning and mentorship.What You’ll Do Assist Project Managers with project schedules, documentation, and communication Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with drafting, fabrication, and shipping teams Support field coordination, jobsite visits, and project close-out Help manage budgets, progress reports, and material takeoffs Participate in training to learn TSF’s processes and steel fabrication methods What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 0–2 years of experience or construction internship / co-op background Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Interest in process improvement and learning the full project lifecycle Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Why Join TSF Structures Exposure to high-profile projects across the region Small, team-oriented culture, access to leaders and mentors at all levels Casual dress code and open communication environment Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role within 1–2 years Build Your Career on a Strong Foundation.Apply Today to Grow with TSF Structures!
